In partnership with local community agencies, the Florida Department of Health, and other key institutions, we deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care to underserved populations across the state.
Our mission is to bring healthcare directly to those who need it most. Through our innovative use of mobile health clinics, a dedicated team of travel nursing professionals, and cutting-edge telemedicine platforms, we ensure that high-quality medical services are never out of reach.
FCHP Cares Corp offers a wide range of free and low-barrier services, including concierge health navigation, health screenings, STD testing and treatment, and access to essential medical resources. We are committed to reducing healthcare inequities and empowering individuals to take control of their health through education, outreach, and personalized care.
